All cases are unique; all individuals are unique. We take the first session to tailor a unique treatment plan for you. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and evidence based tools to help you understand your mind and body. Come ready to learn, process, and work hard to reach tangible goals. I create new treatment plans every three months to re-evaluate where you are in your healing journey. When you feel that you are ready to end therapy, we terminate. The goal is to take these tools, apply them outside of therapy, and use them for the rest of your life! Therapy is an investment that impacts your work, personal life, and future!

We all walk in the door with different expectations - that is normal. We often wait in the waiting room with various emotions - that is also normal.
Congratulations on taking one of the most bold steps anyone could ever take. I am glad you are here!
During your first session, we will review all the paperwork you signed. I will ensure that you understand everything and create a space for you to ask any questions you may have about therapy.
I will ask you questions such as: what encouraged you to start therapy? If you know that treatment is working, what about your mental health, mindset, and behavior would be different? How will you know therapy is helping? What are your personal therapy goals, and what are your expectations for me as your therapist?
